The customer conducts sample testing and proposes modification suggestions.
Multiple rounds of proofing until the customer is satisfied.
Confirm the final sample.
Sign a production contract and clarify the quantity, delivery date, price and after-sales policy.
Purchase raw materials and parts according to the order.
Production line scheduling and production plan.
Develop production process and quality inspection process.
Production strictly in accordance with quality standards.
Online quality inspection (IQC, IPQC, FQC) is performed at each stage.
Customer visual progress tracking during production.
Organize international or local logistics delivery.
Provide after-sales technical support and warranty services.
Collect customer feedback and continuously improve products.
Product function test, environmental test, life test, etc.
Complete packaging design and printing (support customer brand customization).
Packaging storage, waiting for shipment.
(After First order ) Product Re-Optimization and Reorders.
In the last step of ODM delivery, refining the product based after first order by customer on real-world feedback is key. Make the new product to be perfect and Customer Satisfied.
